Live Better Louisiana

Update: The Live Better Louisiana deadline has been extended to Sept. 30, 2020. Catapult Health has canceled all clinics scheduled from March 23 to May 1. A determination regarding May clinics will be made on April 15. Catapult Health is also canceling clinics for any locations who request it.

If the clinic that you were scheduled to attend has selected a date to reschedule, your appointment will automatically be moved to the new date at the same time as your original appointment. You will receive confirmation of this new appointment via email or text. If the event is not being rescheduled right away, your appointment will be canceled, and you will receive a notification via email when the clinic is rescheduled. You can also visit the Catapult scheduler at www.timeconfirm.com/OGB or call (877) 841-3058 to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Save money on your health insurance premium through Live Better Louisiana, an OGB program that will give Blue Cross plan members resources to help you better monitor your health, understand your risk factors and make educated choices that keep you healthier. To receive the premium credit, you must be the primary member on an Office of Group Benefits Blue Cross policy in both 2017 and 2018, and complete your wellness checkup.
