Louisiana Blue’s Customer Service call center will close at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4, so team members can attend a special service recognition event.

Medicare Advantage and OGB advisers remain available during regular hours and can be reached at the number on the back of your member ID card.

Regular operations for all Customer Service call centers will resume on Thursday, Dec. 5. You can leave a secure message for Customer Service at any time through our website.
