To select your network, tap on the field to the right of the ID card icon at the top of the Find a Doctor screen, and tap the name of your network.
Your current location is selected as the default. To search by ZIP code or address, tap the Current Location field and enter your information.
By default, you can select with a radius of 5 miles. If you wish to change your radius, tap the 5 mile radius field and select another distance. The greater your radius, the more hospitals will be found.
Select the Specialty or Keyword OR the name of a doctor, hospital or clinic.
Then tap the Search button. You will be taken to a Search Results screen with a list of providers that meet the choices you selected.
On the Search Results screen, you can sort by distance or by name (A to Z) by tapping on the right triangle by the default Sort by Distance label and making your selection.
On the claim you wish to save, hit the Save button.
If this is your first time saving a claim or a doctor, you will see a screen that gives you more information about saving a doctor. If you agree, hit the OK button. If you don't agree, hit the Cancel button. If you don't want to see the Save Doctor notification screen again, slide the "Don't show this again" switch and tap Save.
If you choose Show Terms & Conditions, you will see a screen that tells you about the policies of the app.
You may need to refresh app settings if the app begins to behave incorrectly. Choosing this setting will return the app to a freshly installed state without losing your saved doctors or saved claims.
Tap the sprocket icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Scroll to the "Data Settings" section, then tap the Refresh button on the right of Refresh App Settings.
Access the login screen via the navigation menu by tapping the three bar icon at the top left of the home screen or by placing your finger in the middle of the screen and swiping right.
Tap "Log in."
Tap on the "Forgot Username" button in the help area below the "Log In" button.

You would need to actively select your different contracts to view Cost and Balance information or Benefits information pertaining to the selected contract.
